From Daily Wages to a Stable Career: Praveen’s Journey

In the quiet village of Nizampet, Telangana, Ragula Praveen grew up watching his father work as an agricultural labourer, struggling to find daily work. When financial constraints forced him to drop out after 10th grade, Praveen took up daily wage jobs in the village to support his family. But the uncertainty of work left him searching for something more—a stable future.

One day, desperate for guidance, Praveen approached the village Sarpanch, who introduced him to SC Corporation and TMI e2E Academy, where he could receive free technical training along with lodging and boarding. This was the opportunity he had been waiting for. Determined to change his future, Praveen travelled to Jodimetla, where he met the training centre manager. He was amazed by the courses offered—spoken English, computer skills, and specialized training in air conditioning installation. Without missing a single class, he absorbed every lesson, working hard through 60 days of rigorous training.

His dedication paid off. Praveen secured a job at Sri Laxmi Narsimha Enterprises in Alwal as an Assistant Technician, earning ₹8,000 per month with food and accommodation. Under the guidance of senior technicians, he learned the finer aspects of his trade—handling customers, solving workplace challenges, and mastering AC installation. In just one month, Praveen’s hard work and skills earned him a promotion to Technician, doubling his salary to ₹15,000 per month with additional benefits.

Today, Praveen stands as a proud example of how the right opportunity and training can transform a life. “All this was possible because of SC Corporation and TMI e2E Academy,” he says gratefully. “They changed my life, and I will always be thankful.”

Praveen’s story is not just his own—it is a testament to the power of skilling and employment in creating a brighter future for individuals and their families.
