1. Two Token Issuing Machines – Enabled individuals to take a token and return at an assigned time, reducing unnecessary crowding.
2. One Display System with Voice Announcements – Provided real-time updates on token numbers, ensuring an organized and seamless vaccination flow.
3. Process Setup and Public Assistance – Installed directional signboards and established a help desk to guide individuals through the process.

Impact

The initiative brought significant improvements to the vaccination drive at the hospital:

• Maintained Social Distancing – The token system-controlled footfall, improving safety measures.
• Ensured Fair & Efficient Vaccination – A structured first-in-first-out (FIFO) process ensured timely and organized vaccine administration.
