I dropped out after 10^th class due financial issues. My father is a farmer, and I started working as a daily wage labour at the village. But sometimes, I didn’t get work, so I took help from the Sarpanch. He got to know about this opportunity and told me. After successful completion of 60 days training, I have got placed as Assistant AC Technician with a pay of 8000/- per month with food and accommodation. Under the guidance of the technician, I learnt how to receive customer, how to face problem and how to install AC. Within 1 month I became technician in the same company with a 15000/- per month salary with food and accommodation. I am now very happy, all this changed my life.

I stopped my studies after intermediate and I had to support my family, so I went out to find work daily. But I was not happy. Within the 2 months I have been appointed as AC Technician in the same company with a pay of 12000/- per month with lodging and boarding. Lot of changes having taken place in my life, now I am economically shaping well and, in a position, to assist my family financially. My family members are very happy the way I am developing my career. After my joining as employee, lot of changes occurred in my life financially as well as socially. I am also concentrating on career development.

My father is a Lorry Driver. I am pursuing my graduation, but I wanted to make sure I get a good job with a reputed company. This program helped me familiarize with the computers and basics of Java and Excel technologies. She enrolled for the Microsoft Digisaksham training program totally free of cost and selected Excel course. Soon after, she also registered for Java and the next is Cyber Securities Training. In this digital world I am interested in security fundamentals. I also plan to learn latest Cybersecurity technologies and tools to become an expert in detecting threats, and cybersecurity attacks.

I come from a conservative family where education for girls is not a priority. My father is a tailor who needs to feed a family of 8 members, and I have seen poverty at a very young age but couldn’t understand how to improve it. My mothers’ support made me pursue studies and get admission in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) course. Even COVID-19 couldn’t stop me from reaching the dream of getting into a job and supporting my family.
